Who is Ed Hoffman?

I am what you call a true rag-to-riches story. I came to Houston as a homeless addict, with just
$34 dollars in my pocket and built a multi-million dollar company from scratch.

If I can do it, so can you.

During my journey, I learned the best ways to build an irresistible company that afforded me a
luxury lifestyle, coupled with freedom of time. My company was acquired a few years ago in a
lucrative private equity deal after over 30 years in business.

Since the acquisition, I have remained an active investor and a mentor in the Houston business
community. I also volunteer my time to help those struggling with addiction and wounded
veterans.

In-between my volunteer work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, and traveling to
my investment projects in Costa Rica and Colombia.
